Experiencing sexual violence is deeply traumatic, and there is no right way to feel. Find guidance on what you can do.

If you’ve been affected by rape, sexual assault or sexual abuse, please reach out to us. Northamptonshire Rape Crisis (NRC) provides specialist, trauma‑informed support for anyone aged 14+, including women and girls, men and boys, LGBTQ+ survivors, and children and young people. Whether what happened is recent or part of your past, you can access safe, confidential support at your own pace.

Counselling

Counselling offers a safe, consistent space to talk about what happened and how it’s affecting you now. 

ISVA Advocacy

ISVAs are trained specialists who offer practical and emotional support to you every step of the way.

 

Group Work

Our group sessions bring survivors together in a safe, supportive, and connected environment.
